Andreea Ionela Berindei in her studio, surrounded by her ocean-themed paintings.

A passionate artist, Andreea began to paint at a very young age. She cites the source of her creativity to rest in her unwavering dedication to her belief in her faith.

Delicate and vibrant shading work imbues Andreea’s colourful drawings and paintings with a realistic quality that speaks volumes to her artistic abilities. As the nature and material of her work varies over time, Andreea continuously proves that she is equally talented, no matter the subject matter. Landscapes of powerful cresting waves are just as well done as the fine veins snaking through the petals of her flower paintings, as are the piercing eyes staring out from her dynamic human portrayals.

Born and raised in Romania, relocated recently in Auckland, New Zealand, from California, United States.

”Everyone has his own specific vocation or mission in life; everyone must carry out a concrete assignment that demands fulfilment. Therein he cannot be replaced, nor can his life be repeated. Thus, everyone’s task is unique as his specific opportunity to implement it.”— Viktor E. Frankl
